Well, that was alot of snow. I think I heard 20 cm. But it looks like it's still coming down a little. So fantastic, but I think Kristina might kill me when she returns from her walk to and from school. It gets a little dicey in places.
For example, I was walking home from school (technically from my one class of the day which turned out to be cancelled) and I took a fairly un-travelled little path, really only wide enough for one person, and an older gentleman started coming towards me upon it. A bit of an awkward situation for most I suppose, but in perfect display of a Winnipeg spirit, that man just jumped into the bank beside the path to let me by relatively dry and as I pass he piped up smiling "don't worry, I won't push you in that bank...".
Basically a pointless story. I didn't exactly take this picture, but it's of the street right outside my door... I really wish Sharelle could've seen this.

i just missed it.
whew...
kidding, it looks beautiful.
it's glorious isn't it?
a couple of the walks home have taken my breath away...
but i'm not sure if it's the beauty or the weather.
jealous I am... yet, I wouldn't trade riding my bike to school for the world. (well, unless "the world" meant you could come visit. please do.)
